While many companies often seek an all-in-one solution, experience has taught us the importance of leveraging individual components for their specific strengths. How We Work

  • We work at an hourly rate that can vary depending on the complexity of the solution. Software and infrastructure projects are bundled in a package, whereas general consulting is billed by the hour.

  • General consulting allows you to schedule a few hours to overcome a hurdle. Because we want to spend your time wisely, we'll throw in 15-20 minutes of ramp-up time to get us up to speed on your problem. You can use General Consulting to get help with your solution or design without going through all the project planning.

  • Project consulting involves putting a plan together, and delivering an entire IT solution. We like to run in an Agile methodology, including getting plenty of feedback from the stakeholders. We typically bundle these hours up into a project package after we've determined the scope of work.

  • We offer software project solutions to deliver new applications, refactor old apps, or migrate your apps to/from the cloud. These projects require pre-planning, however, we try to get constant feedback from our stakeholders throughout the project.
